USER GENERATED CONTENT (UGC) TERMS & CONDITIONS
Thank you for considering our request to utilize your post and image.
By providing any User Generated Content (UGC) such as reviews, photographs, videos, or other materials created by you, you grant Mynena a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-transferable, royalty-free license, including the right to sublicense, to utilize, modify, distribute, license, sell, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, broadcast, access, and exploit such UGC for advertising, promotions, and other business interests as determined by Mynena. Mynena does not assert ownership rights in any UGC, and nothing herein shall limit your rights to use and exploit such UGC. However, Mynena reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove any material, including UGC, at its sole discretion. You acknowledge that Mynena is the sole owner of any work created by or for Mynena that incorporates UGC, and you waive any claims against Mynena related to the use of UGC.
You affirm that you are solely responsible for all UGC you provide to Mynena. By doing so, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are the sole owner of the UGC or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and releases for Mynena's use as outlined in this Agreement; and (ii) your UGC and its use by Mynena will not infringe upon any third party's rights or violate any laws or regulations. Additionally, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.
Mynena (or, in some instances, a third party) maintains ownership of all intellectual property on the Website, excluding UGC. This includes visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, computer code, software, and aggregate user review ratings, as well as any work created by or for Mynena that incorporates UGC.
